About the Author
Irma Matos is the international best-selling co-author of Boss Your Lane: Expert Advice for The Novice Entrepreneur, Women of the Power Voice, and The Greatness in You with the legendary number one motivational speaker in the world, Les Brown. Irma is an entrepreneur, property management consultant, real estate investor, transformation coach, speaker, and missionary.
She immigrated to the United States from Cuba in 1970. After completing her formal education, Irma created a property management company, which she ran for 33 years. Today, she serves as a consultant for her former company and its clients. In addition, she is a Certified Life Transformation Dream Builder Coach and Life Mastery Consultant, guiding her clients in the fulfillment of their goals and dreams.
In 2006, Irma was honored to be invited to the President’s Dinner in Washington D.C. as the Business Advisory Council Honorary Chairman. She received the Congressional Medal of Distinction from the NRCC in recognition of her Outstanding Meritorious Service. Integrity, honesty, and loyalty are three pillars that define Irma both personally and professionally.
Irma remains active in several ministries of the Catholic Church, including the Emmaus Retreat, Life in the Spirit, and the Pastoral Council of her parish. She has also traveled to Mexico as part of several missions. Her goal is to inspire people to live a vision-driven life and impart the many life lessons she has learned to others, including the importance of gratitude and service in order to live in abundance.
Today, she lives in Miami, where she continues to write, consult, coach, speak, and serve others.
